Sebastian Sauerborn
Twenty years of the UK, now from Austin: same voice, same care.
Founder of St Matthew. Sebastian helps you when you move to, invest in or leave Britain, with straight answers on everything that counts for UK tax.

Straight answers, not clever constructions
Sebastian founded St Matthew in London in 2006. Since then he has taken entrepreneurs, families, heirs and expats through UK tax: the move to Britain and the way out again, the first limited company, the holding, the flat in London, the estate with a British connection.
His most important rule is a simple one: first establish what must not happen under any circumstances. Most expensive mistakes with the UK are not bad luck; they start with an idea that sounded good somewhere. Sebastian tells you what works, what does not, and why.

By phone, Zoom or Signal
You book a slot, send a few lines and whatever documents you have in advance, and Sebastian prepares. The conversation is about your situation, not theory. There are no in-person meetings: Sebastian works from Austin, Texas, and advises by phone, Zoom or Signal.
If the consult turns into a project, say a company formation, a VAT registration or a visa application, Sebastian stays your point of contact.
