This isn’t to say that there are no downsides to outsourcing as well, and they should be taken into account as much as the good sides, not only in terms of how your business is perceived but also in the essence of what it gets from the practice.

This doesn’t mean you should underpay your workers abroad. The difference lays in how your economies work and not in how much you’ll pay them. What you should do is to pay more than the employees could earn from their own country.
